Vomiting baby

My lo woke up this morning covered in dried puke. She did not cry in the night so it must have been in her sleep. She vomited right when I picked her up. I called the dr and they suggested I give a few oz of pedi light. We did that. She seems to be keeping it down. She is playing now like nothing is wrong. The only thing I can think of is that last night we took her to a party. Someone told me they let her have a graham craker. I did not think it was a big deal at the time. She has never had one but had similar crakers. Do you think it could be a food reaction?

That seems unlikely to me, but I'm no expert. With all of the bugs going around right now, maybe she caught something. Especially if she was around a lot of people. Is she eating normally so far today?

So far I only have given her 2 oz of pedilight. She has kept it down so I was going to offer her formula in a little bit.
