Bottle problems

My baby is 8 months old and I have been back at work for 6 months now. She stays with my mom and eats baby food once a day. Until last week she had a full 6oz bottle with breast milk but she started refusing it. I gave my mom a formula to use as a last resort and she drank it all which makes me think it is not the bottle but actually the milk but she still drinks from me when I'm home. Please help! I dont know what to think!!!

My DD refuses a bottle when she is teething.  I hate it when it happens, or I least I did when she was a few months younger.  Maybe she is teething, but the different taste of the formula encouraged her to drink anyway?  I don't know.  We do also try sippy cups when she doesn't want to drink from a bottle.
