Any Moms of 2 under 2?

I am new to this and am wondering how you manage your time? Both seem to be in need of attention at the same time and since DD is not on any schedule yet it is really difficult right now. Suggestions please.

    It's not too bad at all.  Sammy is really well-scheduled and Maliyah is really easy.  As long as she has a boob, she's content.  Sammy just needs a few balls or other toys and mom or dad in the room and he's OK too. 

    I think my best advice is to let the LO dictate her own routine (she will, right around 3m) and try not to shake up the older one's routine too much.
