That;s not always the case...

I got my first period at 8 weeks and I breast feed. I started the mini pill at 7 weeks and got AF a week later.

That depends on the person. ?I got mine 2 1/2 months post partum. Some women don't get theirs until they've stopped bf'ing. ?You CAN get pregnant even if you don't get your period while bf'ing so don't think it's a natural form of BC.

Like someone else said it depends on the person, I am at 4mnths and haven't had one, my doc says I'll probably get one at around 6mnths or after I stop bfing.
