The Two Week Wait — The Bump
Trying to Get Pregnant

The Two Week Wait

How do you cope during the two week wait?

Besides getting on the Bump and other parenting/pregnancy sites, I try to stay busy with daily life... (I try to limit the time I spend obsessing/wondering "what if?"  Sometimes this works and other times, not so much! Smile )

  • Just try to stay busy. I work a lot so it isn't too hard for me, but maybe you could try taking up a new hobby. Some people on here suggest a blog. Good Luck!!

  • Hi!

I just got home from my honeymoon and I am in the same boat as you right now. It's hard not to wonder of course and I am trying so hard not to talk about it too much to DH or friends and family haha because if we have a long road of TTC ahead I do not want to be constantly boring people with this. I am trying to focus on the other aspects of my life and making sure I am watching my diet and caffiene intake in the meantime.

    Good luck to you!

  • I wish I could tell you! This is my first cycle trying, so it seems like all I can think about. I suppose if/as the months pass I won't be as fixated on it.

  • Move house - that helped me stay busy!!

But for those who aren't moving I would suggest either trying a new hobby, trying the things that you wouldnt be able to do if you found out you were KU, reading some new books, watching new TV shows, trying a new exercise, etc!

  • I'm in the middle of waiting now, getting really anxious! Only 5 days to go!

OP must be going crazy by now.
OP probably has a newborn, or will pop one out any second.  Looks like she got a BFP in March.
