Those who had placenta previa more than once

We just found out this past weekend we are expecting number 3. All 3 have been planned.

my second I was diagnosed with complete placenta previa at 16 weeks, it didn't clear up at the a/s at 20 weeks and by 30 weeks I was on bed rest for bleeding. At 34 weeks 6 days I was back in the hospital with more bleeding and they were going to keep me there until 37 weeks and do a c-section. The bleeding did not stop and I passed a few large clots so they decided to take him at 35 weeks 1 day. He ended up in the NICU for 11 days. 

What are the chances of me having it again? I have heard the chances are not higher than anyone else and have heard the opposite (plus having a c-section and close pregnancies, my first was vaginal). If you had it more than once and you were on bed rest did they wait for you to bleed or did you get put on bed rest as soon as you were diagnosed?

I am worried about having to be on bed rest again having two little boys to  look after and if I can sort of have an idea it would help a lot. Thank you so much
