DHA/omegas?

Has anyone asked their ob/gyn or happen to know if taking an omega 369 supplement covers the DHA requirement? Tia!

Not sure.  I read that 200 mg of DHA is the suggested amount, so I've been making sure that my Omega-3 supplement has 200 mg of DHA.

I asked my OB about DHA supplements since my prenatal doesn't have it included and he said I didn't need a DHA supplement unless I really wanted one.

I'm taking supplements because I KNOW I don't get enough Omega's. I hate fish and I only eat eggs on occasion. It's good for me and it's good for the kiddo. It won't hurt.
