Had names picked - now its twins

So, since we first started "dating" (he was on base a few states away from me) DH and I had "Kayla Lynn" and "Caleb Christopher" picked out.

Now, we find out its twins and need to find "just in case" names for a second boy or girl... I like Aiden for a boy... and my Mom REALLY likes Emma (I don't, but I can't find a name I like to give to her instead so I can stop hearing "Emma")

My DH likes Aiden too, but we can't think of a middle name...

So I guess it boils down to:

What girls name would sound good with Kayla and what middle name sounds good with Aiden?

If you're really into the alliteration thing, what about Aiden Alexander? I prefer Aiden Christopher and Caleb Alexander though.

Wow!  Congrats on your twins!  I also agree with PP to not pick a name simply because your mom likes it.  If you like it; that's a different story.  I would say to do a bit more research before you finalize-- you have tons of time!

GG- Kayla Marie and Sofia Lynn

BG- Aiden Christopher and Kayla Marie

I am a twin and one thing I thought was pretty cool that my parents did was not name us matchy names but they did give us the same middle name.  I think Emma Lynn and Aiden Christopher would be good choices but that is just me.  I do like Aiden Joseph and Emma Rose

I wouldn't go around saying you have two "just in case" names. It might make your children think their names weren't picked very nicely....
