I got to see him when I was pregnant with my daughter and it was very reassuring to know that a specialist was on board and I trusted that everything was ok. Well, I had to switch ob's and this one doesnt send patients to him and Im super dissapointed. Wondering what other dr.'s out there refer patients to him? Ill switch Dr.'s if it means I feel more confident in my babys outcome!!

My OB was a group of doctors - Mid-Hudson Medical Group - and I was sent to Dr. Lescale.  good luck!

I also use midhudson medical the rhinebeck location and was sent to Dr Lescale for my NT scan

Right now I am also going to HealthQuest and sorry to say but they dont send patients to him. If there is an issue they have their own person that they use, I was super dissapointed about that too! They do the 12 week ultrasound and then a 20 week and then a 32 week i believe. Im only 17 weeks along, but Ive decided that after my 20wk appt I am switching probably to somewhere out in Middletown which is closer to me. Of the Dr.'s I have met at HQ, Zolnick is nice but it seemed like an ackward appt, he was just kinda...blah. I like Dr. Kasello she is nice and Dr. Osawa is also very nice.

Dr. Kasello was very rude when I had my miscarriage. So much so that I didn't want to go back for a follow up after it happened naturally. I could hear her outside my room saying I don't know why these patients come in here without having a dc they should just require it because its a waste of time to let a mc happen naturally because it doesn't normally complete itself. Well needless to say, mine did complete itself and that was very hurtful. I am now pregnant again and will not be going back to healthquest. Once my RE releases me I will be going to MHMG.

OMG, just got back from my appt at HealthQuest, holy freaking rude people!!! I can not stay there, After the appt (i am 8w3d) which I am disappointed that they don't even look to check a heatbeat or anything, I went to the front desk lady and said I needed the NT scan appt, and she says well thats gonna be a problem because we wont have a sonogramer that week!!! Are you kidding me!!???!!!???! I am so switching, just don't have a clue to.

I just decided to go back to MHMG, although I don't like alot of their Drs, I will just fight to have the ones I do, at least there i know I will be getting the right care.

Yup. I found them all to be rude too. Only one or two of the doctors were nice and the lady that did the ultrasounds. Everyone else from front desk to nurses and doctors were downright rude.

I go to Dr. Vyskocil in WP who is part of West Med and unless they've changed things in 2 years they use Dr. Lescale.  Although I have to say my experience with him was nothing like you said.  In all my tests (and I'm of "advanced material age") I saw the techs always and him once - and when I did he was nasty.

I belong to Crystal run and have dr spencer as my doctor and dr kaminsky as the high risk. They are both good. However, I'm guaranteed a doctor from crystal run for delivery (there is about 20 last time i counted). I wish I could have Dr spencer. The appointments are great and the doctor has been wonderful so far.

I saw Dr. LeScale when I was pregnant with my identical twins. I lost both babies to Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome. Dr. LeScale could not prevent TTTS but he was negligent in my treatment in many ways. The most gross negligence was the fact that he NEVER informed of the disease. ALL IDENITCAL TWIN PREGNANCIES have a 15 percent chance of developing TTTS. Had he informed me of the disease I would have recognized the symptoms sooner. After it was clear that my babies had TTTS he LITERALLY referred me to Columbia in NYC and WALKED out of the room. I was sent home to wait to see the doctors in NYC for 4 days, by then my TTTS worsened and I was having contractions. I don't blame Dr.Lescale for the loss of Robert and Christopher but I do want change. He needs to treat women with identical twin pregnancies differently. If you are pregnant with identical twins go to the TTTSfoundation website. There are survivors and there is hope!!!!!!!

I also had a 2 bad appointments with health quest and think I am going to end up switching. I am going to give them one more shot. If I have another bad experience (rude staff, unorganized, no monitoring at appointments). At my last appointment I was 10w4d and I asked the doctor if he was going to monitor the baby and he said "no. Last time you were here everything looked good. Do your breasts still hurt? As long as they still hurt everything is fine. You would know if something were wrong."
Really? Sounds quite contrary to other things I've heard, but whatever!

If I do switch, I'm thinking MHMG because I would really like to have my baby at VBMC! Any feedback on them?

My Dr is with Mid Hud Med group from Fishkill.  Dr Perks.  OMG I love him!!! I moved from Rhinebeck and so glad I found him!!!

I go to Dr LeScale since I am AMA
