One more question. Eating less sleeping more.

The last two days she's been eating less and sleeping more than usual. She isn't acting sick or anything at all. Just doesn't want to eat that much and she is only having about one awake time during the day other than feedings which isn't normal for her. I always thought growth spurts mean they're eating more and sleeping more, but correct me if I'm wrong! so I'm not sure what this is. I know I'll get the answer that says call your doctor if you're concerned but I call her doctor ALL. THE. TIME. and he usually tells me it's nothing and not to worry. I don't want to it get to the point where it's like the boy who cried wolf and have him brush it off when something is actually wrong. Should I be concerned and just call?

 

Also does anyone elses babies have high rectal temps all the time. Her under the armpit temp is always normal but her rectal temp is on average 99.5 all the time. I told my doctor and he said it was completely fine.. but I still tend to worry.

That is normal for a rectal temperature. It would have to be over 100.3 rectally.
