GD with previous pregnancy, how soon will they test?

I had gestational diabetes (GD) with my last pregnancy that was controlled with the pill and diet. How soon will they test for it with this pregnancy since its twins and the chances of getting it again increase with multiples especially if you've had it in a previous pregnancy?

    I have no previous history (this is my first pg) but I was tested at 24w due to the fact I'm carrying twins.

    Not sure if that answers your question completely, but I believe 24w is pretty common for MoMs, especially if you have a history.

    With my second pregnancy, I was tested at 14 weeks.  Passed that one.  Tested again at 28 weeks and failed both tests.
