Smelly Pee?

has anyone else noticed that your pee smells a lot more than it used to? i guess it's the "super pregnancy nose", but wow. i keep drinking lots of water, but it still smells no matter what. i guess it's one of those things you need to get used to...

I haven't noticed any smell change in my urine and I do have the super sniffer preggo nose thing going.  However, all my UTI infections I was able to detect by smelly urine.. no other symptoms or pains.

I haven't noticed a change in smell either, but I have noticed that my urine tends to look cloudy like 90% of the time now. I'm guessing the hormones are to blame

If your urine has a strong odor, is cloudy, or starts stinging when you pee, you most likely have a uti.

I only have utis when I am pregnant. The only symptom I usually have is the odor.

I notice that mine does. And it's not a bad smell, almost a cross between asparagus pee and buttered popcorn smell. Weird, I know!

Funny I was just thinking that today. I have notices that my pee smells more or I can smell it more. Guess it's the nose!

Yes. It's not necessarily a bad smell, but a stronger smell right?

This is actually what tipped me off that I was PG. It happened with DS as well. Like another poster said...asparagus pee! Lol.

My dr said its pretty common.

I've noticed a difference.  It doesnt necessarily smell bad, but different.

Another lovely pregnancy side-effect!
