need opinions on our name list

So we have it narrowed down to 7, but I keep rearranging which ones I like best.  So let me hear what your guys think.

1.       Olivia

2.       Brynn

3.       Sophia

4.       Marissa

5.       Lilly

6.       Whitney

7.       Brianna

 

The middle name will probably be Marie but for Lilly either Marie or Ann

I like your whole list, but Sophia, Brynn, and Olivia the best.  Marissa is pretty, but the only Marissa I know is a biznatch, so I could never go there.

DD's MN is Olivia so I love that and if we ever have another girl, her MN will be Sophia! My neice is Lilly Ann so that's a great one too! I like Brynn and Whitney! Marissa and Brianna are NMS!

LOL, I was going to say that it was an inoffensive list that no one could hate. I'm wrong!

But really, I think names like Olivia, Sophia, and Lilly are fine. Just generic at this point. Like Jennifer, Jessica, Melissa, and Heather in 1980. They're actually pretty names. But popular enough to be the defining sound of a particular decade.

I'd probably choose Lilly from this list.

The names you have listed are all nice, pretty feminine names, but most of them are too popular for my personal taste.

My favorite on your list is Marissa-- I have always liked that name.  Marissa Ann is really pretty.

Second choice would be Whitney Marie.

Ha!  I missed this my first read through.  I agree on most points, but instead of hating Olivia I am just bored by it.

I'm partial to Marissa ... but it would sound odd with Marie....

My order: Lilly, Sophia, Marissa, Brianna, Brynn, Olivia, Whitney.

For what it's worth, I would use Lillian and call her Lilly. It at least gives her the option of having a not-so-cutesy name in a professional capacity. Also, naming her Lilly Ann feels too similar to Lillian for me. Just my opinion though.

1. Olivia- way too popular- I know 4 babies named Olivia in the past 2 years.

2. Brynn- I love this name.

3. Sophia- This is popular- BUT I actually know more Olivia than Sophias in my neck of the woods.

4. Marissa- I love this name.

7. Brianna- I hate this name.

 

Whitney is my favorite followed by Marissa and then Brynn.

Sophia and Olivia are both lovely names, I say go for it as long as you are OK with them both being in the top 10 most popular! Good luck!

I'm not a fan of Marissa, Whitney, or Brianna. Olivia, Sophia, and Lilly are far too popular right now. That leaves me with Brynn.
