Hello Everyone!
I pop in here and there. Hope everyone is doing well. I have a question on the type of diapers everyone uses. After a few months we made the switch to Parents Choice from Walmart, LOVE the price! What I don't love so much is here recently they leak at 5AM. I try to change LOs diaper between 945/10 and he is normally out by 1015 and is FINALLY sleeping through until 5/545, but the past few mornings the diaper has leaked and I have to change his clothes at 5AM with him fussing =(. I will probably still use the Walmart brand during the day just because of the price and they work well during the day but can't hold him a whole night. Suggestions?
Re: Diapers
I just bought a pack of theirs too. After trying Target brand, Luvs now these. I do not like them. I have the same issue with leaking and some of them fit her bum weird so one cheek is half out.
I won't be buying them again. I will probably go back to the target brand. It's pretty similar in price maybe 1$ more each pack, but other than one blowout (which is inevitable no matter what she's got on) I didn't have any pee leakage and I was using them for about 3 weeks before trying Luvs. Which I didn't care for the scent they have.
We use Huggies and haven't had a problem and I have heard great things about Target brand.
Maybe try to go up one size at night? That's what we did with my first.

We primarily use Pampers Swaddlers. But I NEED to switch to a less expensive brand! I've never had any pee leakage. However DD probably blows poop out her diaper once a week. Or Maybe once every two weeks now that she's pooping less. Not at night though - she usually only poops during the day.
A friend of mine gave me 2 cases of BRU diapers (84 in a case). Not the Supreme, but the regualt BRU diapers. They are ok I guess. They are not as soft, are more bulky, and have a smell to them. But they are great to use during the day at daycare. Then at night I'll put her in the Pampers because I know they'll hold all her pee! Even though she wakes 2-3 times at night to nurse, I don't change her diaper because I don't want to wake her even more.
However another friend said she also did not have any problems with the BRU diapers, until her LO started solids. Once she started solids though she had a lot of blow outs!
I haven't started solids yet, but I'm hoping these 2 cases hold up until then!
You might want to try a name brand diaper just for night time!

SCANDAL!
This!! We use them day and night and have had no problems at all. LOVE the price!
We got a pack of Wal-Mart brand diapers as a shower gift. I used them because we had them but would never buy them. I hated the way they felt and DD did leak out of them here and there. I think they just fit her wrong because it was always in the same spot.
DS is in Pampers Cruisers, we have never had a leak. He previously wore Pampers Swaddlers and we never had a problem with those either. He sleeps from aroune 8:30 PM - 6:00/7:00 am and doesn't leak.
We tried Huggies when he was still in NB size, but they leaked every time he went pee. We haven't tried them since.
