So my sister and I are having a little debate and she swears that her steak is better than mine and I am trying to tell her no no no. So just for fun here is a pic since you are all unbiased ladies tell me which one looks better. Sorry if it is big I want you to get the detail.

Polka dot plate.

Although for a real answer, you would have to cut it. I cannot stand overcooked steak.

I agree but neither are close to over cooked IMO. One on the left is medium if you look close you can still see a bit of red juice, the one on the right is medium rare. The one on the left is grilled and the one on the right pan seared.

The one on the paper plate definitely! The other looks like all the juice has run out and might be dry. The one on paper looks really plump and juicy.
