Ugh! Gas!

Does anyone know what's safe or what helps to take care of gas? I can't believe how painful it can be....

I don't know of anything. My doctor said no GasX and to eat smaller meals which might help.

I was under the impression the GasX was okay? Hmm..this worries me. Ive been taking it because i've been HORRIBLY bloated. Its so uncomfortable and actually painful. I can't stand it!
