Pale yellow poop

Is pale poop a sign of any issues? Normally I would not be concerned but our nanny came down with the stomach flu and I am paranoid DD is going to get it

only alarming color poops are black tarry and bright red

Evs often has that- it is more watery than the standard issue yellow poo. Totally normal.
