Put an offer on a house today! We (me, dh and dd) are currently living with my parents and NEED our own space. Hopefully it will be happening soon!!!

    Good luck! I remember how stressful that was as we bought our first house earlier this year! Definitely make sure you get a good home inspector, and this may sound strange, but make sure you open every single window yourself. We're having a window issue ATM, but luckily I'm pretty handy. Hope it all works out for you!
