Good Pregnancy pillow?

I am 11 weeks and my back started hurting while sleeping. Do any of you ladies have a brand that you like more over another. I don't want to spend an arm and leg but would like something that is quality.

Re: Good Pregnancy pillow?

  • LOVE my boppy brand one from target. I think it was 55ish. Best money spent! Way better than a normal pillow but haven't tried any other brands of pregnancy ones. I used mine between pregnancies too, it's amazing!

  • Honestly I bought a body pillow at target for 10 and that works fine for me. I've been getting intense pain too an I'm only 8 weeks! I'd say try the target one it's cheap and effective.
  • Boppy, got mine from target as well.

  • Thanks ladies for all your help and advice. The new pregnancy thing is all exciting but can be overwhelming at times. It probably doesn't help that I'm a over analyzer.
  • I'm planning on getting one of these: https://www.amazon.com/Leachco-Belly-Contoured-Pillow-Ivory/dp/B0002E7DIQ/ref=pd_ybh_12

It was  recommended to me by a friend of mine who also has back problems because the straight body pillow I have just isn't cutting it for me.

I have this one, and I LOVE it!  It's great because when you turn over, it's there, no need to try and move a pillow with you as you turn, especially if it's between your legs and under the sheets.  Yes, it costs more, but IMO, it's totally worth it.

I got if for my first pregnancy, and have already broken it out for this one, and am so happy to have it.  An added benefit, post pregnancy, that we recently discovered, is that it's like a giant boppy for DD, now that she sits up unassisted.  We use it like a playpen on the bed to contain her.  Put her "inside" the top of it with some toys and she's good to go.

  • I have the hoppy body pillow and a regular body pillow... In conjunction with each other. It was a pillow fort in our bed for some months!

  • I like my Preggle. Amazon sells them, as does BRU. They are made by Leachco, who also makes the Snoogle. The Preggle is smaller though. I used it throughout most if my first pregnancy and still use it from time to time. Currently, I'm digging on my plain old body pillow, though.

  • The snoogle is awesome! My hubby gets jealous because last pregnancy I was always curled up with it and not him lol.

I've got this one too and love it!  Worked well for me my entire first pregnancy.
