I had a funny story to share.  Last month me, my husband and my one year old went to Anguilla for 2 weeks.  On our last day, we did a snorkeling trip.  The lady was giving me my equipment, then stopped and said, "Wait...how many months pregnant are you?"  I was like uhhh I'm not pregnant.  She looked shocked and said you're not??  My poor husband was staring at the ground because he knew he was going to have to listen to me complain that I looked fat for the rest of the day.

Ends up she was right!  Haha.  It doesn't explain why she would think I was showing at 3 weeks but it is kind of a funny outcome to her insult.

Going to a party with the husband's coworkers a few weeks back, we had to come up with an excuse as to why I was the designated driver (won't tell them for another few weeks). We said I lost a coin toss. Well, his coworker looks at the hubby and says, "Well, why don't you just knock her up! You'll have a DD for 9 months!". I was 6w pregnant at the time, lol.

We are telling some of our closest friends tomorrow because they are in town for the weekend.  We pretty much have to tell anyone we go out to eat with because I never, ever pass up wine with dinner, haha.  They would immediately know.  I don't miss it at all though...the thought makes me want to hurl.

When I was wondering if I was pregnant, a friend called me out of the blue who I had not spoken to in awhile and after some chit-chat said "So, one of the other reasons I called was to tell you to take a pregnancy test....I have a feeling you are pregnant!" I took one a few days later and boy was she right! Not as cool as your snorkeling story, but is funny how people can tell or get that feeling!

No it is actually cooler because she really had a feeling.  MY lady just thought I looked several months pregnant, lol.

Last month at my stepbrother's wedding reception his mom came up to me and said "You're pregnant aren't you?". I was so taken off guard but laughed it off and told her no. She said "Are you sure?" and I told her I didn't think so then thankfully my DH whisked me away to the dance floor. I told him what happened and we just shrugged it off. I had no idea at the time but it was less than a week after our estimated conception date. How do people know theses things?!

EDIT: By last month I meant November. My brain was momentarily convinced its still December.

My in-laws live 6 hours away from us. So when it was time to announce this pregnnacy, my husband just called them. After he told them, my father-in-law laughed and said, "we wondered, your Mom had a dream last night that someone was pregnant."

We just told MIL today about the pregnancy, and she said: "You won't believe this, but I totally had a dream that you were pregnant last week!" She lives halfway across the world, and my husband only communicates with her on Skype.

I found out I was pregnant on Christmas Eve, so DH and I announced to my parents, his parents, and his SEVEN siblings at our Christmas party.  My sister in law started laughing and showed me an e-mail she had sent to herself on Dec 17... "Christmas--I bet Trisha is pregnant."  And she lives 3 states away and we had had no contact since early October!

When I announced I was pregnant to my extended family, my half sister, who lives on the other side of the country told me she had been dreaming I was pregnant for 9 weeks, guess how far along I was when I announced it, and I hadn't told them how far along I was yet.

I think its amazing how people have these intuitions. I went out to lunch with my friend. When she saw me she looked at me and said I was glowing. I took the compliment, but it was kind of funny to me because she never really uses that kind of terminology. The next day, I took a test (because I realized I had a missed period) and found out I'm pregnant. I had NO idea.

I had a dream I took a test and it was positive. I told my DH about the dream and he said "Yeah, that's not likely to happen." A week later took a test and it was positive.
