Lead Test at 2?

I know lead testing is pretty common at the one year check up, but I'm wondering how common getting it done is at two?  We just got a note from DD's daycare saying doctors recommend getting it every year through age 6 if you live in a high risk area (we do and so does the school she goes to - everything was built between 1900 and 1935 in our neighborhood).

DS got a lead test at his 2yr checkup. I had to answer some questions, any "yes" or "don't know" answer is an automatic testing. I want sure about daycare, so he got tested. Which reminds me, I don't think I ever got results.

We did. It was a finger prick this time, not a blood draw like at one, thank goodness.
