yesterday was great!

So,

H & I went to our fertility specialist yesterday for our first sonogram.  I have been so nervous for the last week. You see we suffered a miscarriage last July right before the first sonogram.  We actually went in for it and they couldn't find anything, even with the vaginal US. So, I was terrified that history would repeat itself even though we have been seeing a specialist.  Thankfully, all is good. The baby measured normal and the heartbeat was normal.  We were both so relieved. To celebrate I bought 2 pairs of maternity jeans. My regular ones already getting tight around the waist and it's bugging me.  It's happy days around here right now.
