HCG levels

I dont post much on here...

Last Thursday I had my first U/S. I measured at 6 weeks and according to my last period I should of been 8 weeks. So my doctor took some my HCG levels Thursday (22,000) and Monday (20,000). She said it is most likley a miscarriage but I will go in for another U/S tomorrow just to double check. Anyone have their levels drops and still have a good outcome? I dont want to get my hopes up too much but I am praying everything is ok!!!

  • Unfortunately I don't think there is going to ne a good outcome. Betas should continue to rise beyond six weeks. They typically peak around week ten and then drop. It sounds like you have a couple signs indicating an impending miscarriage. I hope the u/s proves me wrong. ((((hugs))))

So sorry you're going through this.
