A very close friend of mine was in a car accident earlier this morning, with his 1yr old son in the car with him. He is a single dad (full custody) who literally busts his ass to be awesome everyday.

Thankfully, the baby is doing well. The hospital is keeping him for monitoring until the end of the day, then they will release him to his grandmother when she gets there from out of state.

My friend was not so lucky. He has broken bones in his neck and spine. I haven't gotten any further details, but he is going to have some pain and recovering ahead of him.

I don't know what you believe in, but I do know that sending positive thoughts and prayers to my friend Jon would be greatly appreciated.
