placental abruption

I had a 100% placental abruption on 12-18-12. Just wondering if anyone has gone through a pregnancy with that risk looming?

    yes i did with my son. He was born  premature but is doing great.  i am currently expecting again. the only thing my dr has said was that we may do a steroid shot sometime around 30 weeks in case this should happen again.

    Wow, that can be scary.  I think with appropriate monitoring you should be ok.  I am sure you will be watched closely.  Prayers for healthy pregnancy next time.

    I know my tickers aren't correct but yes. My new son is 5 weeks old today after my son before him passed away because of an abruption. It was definitely an anxious pregnancy with a lot of monitoring but he is SO worth it. Good luck to you!
