Cystic Hygroma

So...we just had our order ultrasound and everything looked good except one thing. The doctor wants to keep an eye on some fluid that is on the back of the baby's neck and back. He said it could be something called cystic hygroma. I go back for another ultrasound in 3 weeks to see if it goes away. Anyone else had an experience with this? I am so scared. He didnt measure it or anything, so I don't know what to think. It's just killing me, and everything I read about it is so negative. He also said sometimes things show up on the ultrasound and then won't even be there the next time.
