In my experience multiples strollers are not inexpensive. We started looking at triplet strollers when I found out I was having triplets (have since lost one) and everything was pretty expensive. I'm still finding that now with only searching for double strollers.
Granted, we are looking for double strollers that are car seat compatible with the car seats we have selected. The strollers we find that fit those criteria are all $300-$600.
I'm a triplet mommy who chose q double stroller cortina together I think it's called, by Chicco and then the single Chicco cortina. I'm not about to lug such a huge triplet stroller around with me! Lets face it, I'm not going anywhere alone for a while. And if I NEED to ill sling one and put two in the double. When the girls are old enough I'm going to get a nice triplet umbrella stroller. Gl! I suggest "test driving" a triplet stroller before buying. I found it hard to steer. I know some mommies really like this choo choo wagon thing...
4/13/12--1st u/s. IDENTICAL TRIPLETS (?!?)
PAIF and SAIF welcome

Yeah Ive been thinking that might be the best thing to do. Triplet strollers are just expensive and honestly not a lot to pick from. Thanks for your help. Ill diffidently look at the Chicco one u suggested Thanks again for your help!
We chose to get a DSNG and single snap n go to get us through the first year or so. Found both on Craigslist for cheap. We also found a great deal via Craigslist for a Triple Runabout. It seems like it'll be a great stroller, although it won't fit in the car and will need the car rack that fits in the trailer hitch. But we'll have over a year to worry about that. There are also many Triplet resale groups and Triplet moms groups on FB in which they are always selling used strollers.

I brought a triple decker stroller including the car seats off another triplet mom, it has been awesome! Since they came home I have used this stroller to take all 3 for walks by myself, at 3 months I started using it to take all 3 out to stores- it was very liberating for me to able to run to the grocery store during the day with the babies and pick up a few things. We all enjoy getting out of the house and this stroller made it easy. I also have a double and single stroller that I bought second hand. This is great for when my husband goes out with me on walks- it also attracts a lot less attention. There are times that I would use my double and wear the third, but for running errands it is a pain to take a kid out of their car seat and put them in the carrier and the have to put them back in their car seat.
Unfortunately my boys are big boys and 8 months they have reached the 22 lb weight limit of the car seats, so the triple decker is no good anymore - they do have toddler seats you can buy, but their is no sun shade and they don't recline
Im searching for a new stroller now also. I'm considering the balcony triode with Joey seat, although I don't like that the top kid can't recline.
Where do you live? See if their is a local moms of multiples group you can join, someone might be ready to sell their stroller. Or check craigslist

First congrats on your trio. As for stroller in the beginning we a double snap and go and I would wear one when out on my own which I went out a lot of the time just the trio DS1 and myself. We also had a single snap and go for when DH was around. We then got a used peg hated it not worth it at a once upon a child. We then got a used Valco twin tri mode with Joey seat. We bought the whole thing on eBay for less then $600 with a ton of the extras so that is somewhere to look. There are also several triplet resale groups in Facebook you can join and someone might be selling one in your area. I was told by another mom not to get the foundations triple it sucks and yes is cheap but you have to replace it so not saving much. Good luck

We have a Double and a Single SnapNGo for the first 6 months or so. I got them both used for $75 total off Craigslist and they are like new. I figure I'll either have a second person with me for outings, or I can wear a baby and push 2 if necessary.
We also got the Foundations Quad stroller for when they are a little older. It's 2x2, so it fits through doorways, plus I have an extra seat for my bag. It is heavy and bulky, but it was the best, most compact option for us that will fit all 3 kids.

My rec is to get a triple decker off Craigslist-you do not need to buy new for this, it's just the frame to use with their infant seats (Graco). Get a single SNG for if you need to just take one to the dr-again it's perfectly fine to buy used. For my big stroller I invested in a Valco twin tri mode with Joey seat and love it-it fits through doors and is great for all terrains. Sometimes you can find the doubles on CL or at MOMs sales and you could buy the Joey seat. I think Valco also has a lighter version out now called the Zee. We also use our choo choo wagon to take them to the Dr, on walks. There is also a new radio flyer wagon out that seats three.
Diagnosis: DOR and MFI-low everything
IVF #1 = triplets! 2 girls and a boy!
