headaches and pressure

I keep getting headaches and I'll get pressure in my forehead. is this just pregnancy or could I have a sinus infection? I know some ppl have more headaches because of pregnancy hormones. but what about the pressure

I'm a huge headache sufferer, both before pregnancy and now.  They increased massively in the first tri, and now I'm just back to my normal headache.  My sinuses have been clogged the whole time, but pressure in the forehead and below the eyes is a symptom of a sinus infection.  So is green / yellow snot.  I am currently on anti biotics for a sinus infection.  Worth checking out.

I've been getting a headache nightly for the past week but I also have a sinus infection so I can't tell if its pregnancy related or from the infection.

I have started getting a lot of headaches since the beginning of my second trimester.  I never really got them before.  I have low blood pressure-also seemingly pregnancy related.  Coffee sometimes helps in the mornings and I was prescribed tylenol with codeine as well which definitely masks the symptoms.

I had a lot of headaches the first trimester, then they seemed to go away in the second, but they have made a comeback the past week or so.   I'm pretty sure it's sinus-related, though, because it seems to be around my nose & normal sinusy headache area.  Tylenol sinus seemed to help a bit.
