I can't link to this post, bc I'm on mobile, but this is from "Project Unbreakable", a wonderful blog. I do need to say it could trigger people, so if you worry about triggers and flashbacks, please use caution while checking out the site.
Project Unbreakable just posted this image.
Re: How to stop rape

The victim blaming drives me crazy. And it is so hurtful.
Seven is all too familiar for me as well. I'll provide the 2x4. I'll add a line to mine that says "it isn't a favor to force sex to show her what she's missing. It's rape."
Douche.
Check out all of Project Unbreakable. It's... heartbreaking and amazing. I love it. You do good work! Do you work in therapy or support or in the crime aspect?
I mostly provide support on the crime side of things but I also help find resources in the community for them, and I really become a close confidant for a lot a people...especially in cases where their friends/family aren't as compassionate as one would hope.
All of this
Me too. I didn't know how to put it until I read your reply.
I promise you that I would never post one of those. Ever. Those lists really bug me. There's one cycling my Facebook feed that mentions crap like a ponytail gives the guy a handhold and texting on your phone leaves you vulnerable. Pisses me off.
