Clothing ideas needed, please!

DH's grandparents are having a family picture taken in a couple of weeks.  It will include DH, Nora and I as well as his parents (oh joy), brother and wife, sister, cousins, aunt and uncle, and grandparents.  The picture will be taken in the studio with everyone wearing jeans.  The dilemma is what color tops to wear.  We had a family picture taken about 4 years ago and we all wore white, but I think Grandma is wanting a different color this time.  DH's aunt wants to wear black, but GMIL isn't thrilled about that idea.  Other suggestions?  I gave the ideas of everyone were the same color in different shades, everyone wear fall colors, and guys wear one color--girls another.

I think it's a bit much for everyone to wear the same color. ?I'd do shades of green or blue. ?I'm a big fan of green though. ?Maybe have someone pick up all the shirts? ?I'd do the guys in polos and the girls in s plain basic long sleeve tshirt. ?Someone could get the sizes and go find them. ?Even a few of the guys and or girls in one shade so it's not too many shades of the color and then maybe the kids in one shade. ?Then you have just three shades? ?Black or White seems too simple and you'd blend together.?

I like shades of the same color.  We did family pictures with browns this summer.  It turned out nice.  I think blues would be easy too.

How about Hawaiian shirts? It's not very autumnal though.
