Amber Bead Necklaces

Has anyone used an amber bead necklace and found success for teething little ones? I can't decide if I think they are a hoax or actually work... But, I think that my almost 4 mnth old may be teething and want to learn more about natural remedies! Thanks!

    My niece wore one throughout teething and had a really easy time of it, not much drooling, no crying spells. But it's hard to say if that's just because of the necklace. That SIL gave us an amber necklace for LO and we plan to use it-can't hurt to try :)

    I am not certain on this. I got one for DS and it seemed to help a little, but I really question the authenticity of the amber, whether it is real or not. Never hurts to take something like that to a gemologist!

    I also really like Gum-omile Oil by Herbs for Kids - it did wonders for my DS and is a much better solution than Hyland's... always freaks me out that people would give their LOs something with belladonna in it.
