Braxton Hicks??

Today I was standing in my kitchen cooking and I felt a ton of pressure pushing down inside my belly. It didn't hurt but was really uncomfortable and made me dizzy so I had to sit down. Someone told me it sounds like Braxton Hicks but I am 5 months and didn't know if I would be feeling those this early. Has this happened to anyone else?

    Yep.  Sounds like BH and are very common at this stage.

    Could be... I never got dizzy when I had BH with DD, but everyone is different. For me, my stomach would get extremely hard for a minute or two and there would be some pressure. I would get them more and more the closer I got to the end of the pregnancy.

    BH's start around 6w and you can start feeling them generally sometime in your 2nd tri.  With my first I started feeling them around 20w, with my twins it was 12w, this pg I started feeling them around 11w.
