Be careful! DH and I went out last night to go bowling we had a blast but I pulled a groin muscle or something. I figured it would go away with rest but today has been torture!! Worth i,t but just be careful if you go =]

Yeesh!

My husband and I went to our bowling alley on Election Day night to escape the angry crazies on both sides that were stressing us out. I had a blast, but MAN did I hurt the next day! My hips were absolutely killing me, and anytime I tried to turn in either direction, it sent zips of pain up my sides!

It went away in a few days, but yeah. It stinks!

Thanks for the heads up!! We took DD Sunday night and I opted to sit out. Good thing too cause I did a ton of work in our basement yesterday and feel like what you are describing. I never would have been able to get that stuff done had I bowled the night before.

We went bowling Sunday and played two games. I had a lot of BH the next day and a tiny bit of brown discharge. The discharge could have been from sex the day before too.

I think I would have been fine if I had only played one game. Won't do that again. Haha

I went bowling 2 nights ago for DH's work holiday party. I felt fine, but by the 2nd game is was EXHAUSTED lol. My stamina is nowhere to be found!
