New to board, Lupus flare, pregnant, w/ pre-eclampsia symtoms

Hi, I am currently 27 weeks along, hospitalized bedrest & going through Lupus flare & causing kidney issues as well as pre-eclampsia symptoms. I have been in  hospital since around 14th & should be here till I give birth. I have a 2 yr old & this is just soo hard. I miss her like crazy. My bps are controlled with Labetalol every 6 hrs, but have been given IV meds recently that actually works best. My bp shoots up sometimes to 189/80's. My kidneys are spilling  protein, last one was 5,400. Anyone else gone or going through this. I just found out I have Lupus through this pregnancy, never had flare up before.
