Y/N Portsmouth?

I'm debating whether to switch from Tricare Prime to Standard bc I'm afraid to deliver at Portsmouth... Just don't trust the tunnel especially if I were in labor. We're in VB. anyone have any preferences? Thanks in advance 3

I'm not military, but I know plenty of women who have delivered at Portsmouth with no problems.  I've lived in Hampton Roads my whole life and I know the Downtown Tunnel can be a pain in the rear, so I do understand your reservations.  Personally, I think unless you go from starting contractions to full blown labor like that (*snaps fingers*) you should be able to make it across the tunnel even with traffic.  It's your pregnancy and you need to do what will make you feel the most comfortable!  Sorry I couldn't be more help   Good luck and congratulations!
