I'm having a little pity party here... But curious and wondering if anyone else out there suffers something similar.
For the past 7 or 8 years I have been experiencing intense nausea as part of my host of PMS symptoms. Some months are better than others but usually my default is a good OTC medication....
However, because we are ttc now I am trying not to take my default medications and we are also visiting my inlaws so I am without my stash anyway!
Bah! I want to moan and complain, but I don't want my inlaws to think this nausea equals pregnancy and be happy about it! Especially since I am pretty sure our iui was done far too early this cycle to have worked anyway!
Argh. Am lying in bed trying to both sleep and not puke! Maybe someone else can commiserate this torture?

I just wanted to say sorry that you have those symptoms with PMS I dont have the same but, I have borderline PMDD, and horrible back pain along with crippling cramps that have sadly occurred most my life except when I was on BC pills.
If I can recommend anything for it, natural wise, I would say ginger ale, or ginger in any form if its available to you. My favorite is organic sushi ginger from Whole Foods. Feel better girl!

I suffer from endometriosis and so when we were pursuing fertility options, IVF and a FET, I had to stop taking the meds that worked for me which was Naproxen and birth control (which is obviously a no if you are attempting to conceive). Whenever I get my period I have intense nausea and I throw up constantly, to the point where blood vessels in my face burst (not a pretty sight) and I basically can't do anything but lie around. The one thing that I found worked for my was when my RE prescribed me Zofran which is REALLY helped me. The last time I took it I did not thrown up once. For pain I used oxycodone (very sparingly) and I tried to stick with painkillers. Hope this helps.

I get this too. Ginger ale and saltine crackers usually help me. Or some Mrs. Grass noodle soup. I call it Dr. Grass soup and I always keep a couple boxes in my pantry
