I searched to see if you mentioned this but couldn't find anything, so I apologize if you've already answered my question.

Is a court date set for the appeal yet? And while you're waiting for the court date, are you following the 50/50 CO or are you back to EOWE?

    No we do not have a date for the appeal yet. Until we do we are following the 50/50 schedule.
    No one else will ever know the strength of my love for you. After all, you are the only one who knows what my heart sounds like from the inside.

    Thank you. We got notice yesterday that she did not file a list of errors with her appeal which you apparently have to do where we live so she has been given time to do so and we will go from there.
