Feeling baby in lungs...anyone else?

Hey ladies,

The baby decided to turn into head down position today and his feet are pressing into my stomach and lungs.  Everytime he is in this position he is so far up.  I can feel him in the top of my stomach. I am 24 weeks and I don't remember feeling the baby this far up with my daughter.  Does anyone else feel their baby high up yet?

    Sometimes when I lay down I feel pressure and have a hard time breathing though I cant really tell what is pushing on the lung. (feet, head).  With LO as she got bigger she would kick my right rib.  I know she bruised it over and over.

    I'm guessing he is because I can literally feel two little feet poking out at the top of my stomach.  I'm due for an ultrasound next week so I'm curious to see if I'm right.

    I kept getting a weird somersaulting feeling up there while I was trying to drive home in what is pretty much a blizzard tonight. It was not fun at all trying to stay focused on the road while my LO was doing flips and twirls in there!

    I'm worried what's going to happen when he gets bigger.  Seems like things are already getting tight in there.

    I think it depends on where you feel the baby. I only feel DD way down low so I had a feeling she was in the breech position and then had that confirmed at an u/s.

    I feel mine up pretty high... Don't know if he has actually kicked/punched my lungs but sometimes I do get out of breath when I am just sitting (but I could have LO pressing on my vena cava or whatever, idk). A couple times though he has kicked my stomach and made me almost throw up because it pushes all the bile back up! Ugh! I hate that part.
