NBR remedies for a burnt tongue?

I burnt the crap outta my tongue today!! DH refilled my coffee cup and set yet next to me. I was feeding LO, grabbed my coffee, took a swig, and immediate FIRE all over my mouth. But, I couldn't just spit it in the cup because it had a lid and I didn't want to get it on LO. So, frantically searching for relief I spit it out in his burp cloth. OMG my tongue hurts SO bad now. I can feel the little bumps all swollen.

Owie!! Any remedies?

No help here but I feel your pain! I have done that more than I care to admit.
