Our last name is Francois - pronounced "Fran-swah". We've settled on the middle name of Noelle, but need a first name that goes with it. Something somewhat unique, not too trendy, classic name.
We've considered the following names but we're not completely sold on them:
- Leigh (Lee) Noelle Francois
- Leigh-Marie Noelle Francois - this one seems a bit long to me
Any other suggestions on first names that may work with Noelle?
Thanks in advance for your help!
Re: Need a first name to go with middle name "Noelle" for girl
Leigh Noelle is pretty.
Claire Noelle came to mind immediately.
Ivy Noelle
Lauren Noelle
Heidi Noelle
Laura Noelle
Leah Noelle
Cara/Clara Noelle
Vera Noelle
Delilah/Lilah Noelle
Are you open to Noelle as a FN at all? I think Noelle Marie is pretty.

I could give you two dozen names that go well with Noelle as the middle name. But, who knows if any of them are your style. I think you're going about this the wrong way. You shouldn't (IMO, of course) choose your middle name first. But, if you're set on it, you should compile a list of names you like/love, and then choose some from that list that go well with Noelle.
Noelle is beautiful, btw. I think Leigh goes lovely with it, and I liked PP's suggestion of Ivy Noelle. Although, together that seems mighty Christmassy. Good luck!
I just want to give you a world as beautiful as you are to me.
While I agree that typically you wouldn't start with a MN, Noelle has special significance for our family so we're keeping it. I find it interesting that people keep saying that almost anything will flow with Noelle. I've found it hard to come up with options that work well with Noelle and our last name.
There are some good suggestions here. Thanks and keep them coming!
