Preschool support staff - gift ?

How much do you typically spend on support staff at preschool?  Office manager, curriculum director, chef?  At our old preschool we just gave money and they divided it up between all the staff, but they don't do that at our new school.  Thanks!

    Ours includes 5 different people, and I usually give $50 collection.
