AW'ing ME
I just had my annual review over the phone since I am on maternity leave until mid January. I was promoted!!! I had totally written off any thought of promotion until well after my maternity leave. Woo!
I love my company for promoting me in spite of the fact that I was out the last quarter of the year which is also my department's busiest time of year.
