Hi all Im 23 weeks with twin boys and I have a 1yr old already! I have to say the closer I get to bringing my boys home the more nervous and stressed out I get. It was one thing when we thought we were only having one but to find out there was two! I guess Im just looking for any help or advice any of you moms can give me I dont want to be a stressed out mom so anything you have would be very helpful. Thank you all so much!!!!!!!

Hi and welcome!!  I'm in the same boat with you!!  My son is 22 months old and I'm 29 weeks along with b/g twins.  I have no idea how we are going to do all this- especially since we have no family that lives near us.  I get overwhelmed thinking too far in to the future and end up having crying/anxiety fits a few times a week.  Luckily my hubby is my rock and reminds me that we will get through it together, a little at a time.  My best advice (which I am struggling to follow myself) is to just take it a day at a time right now and probably for the next year or so too.  No doubt when our twins turn 1 we will be inducted in to the 'Super Mom' hall of fame   Hang in there and enjoy your time with your toddler before the twins come!!

Hi! We're also in the same boat...and I feel the same way. I'm 17 weeks pregnant, and our son is 20 months old.  He'll be 2 when they come.   I remember the day we found out it was twins...I cried and cried non stop for days.   I started worrying about every little thing, from purchasing a bigger car, to where are the babies going to sleep, to breastfeeding and formula feeding, and of course my job!! It is definitely stressful and I still haven't figured it out.  The best advice I can give you is to take one day at a time and don't let your mind get too ahead of you.   I would also try to reach out to people who also have twins in your area.  I know there are mom groups that we've found from by OB.  It will definitely be a lot of work, but at least you have the experience of being a mom already!

Thanks guys but sad to say I lost one of my boys about a week ago! Its super sad but everthing happens for a reason!
