FFSC: I've never seen Shawshank Redemption. Based on people's lists I probably should.

The Godfather, Good Will Hunting, Rounders, Bad Boys 2, Braveheart, The Shawshank Redemption, Days of Thunder.
And many others.
These, except BB2. My favorite timeless movie will always be Wizard of Oz. I would also add Die Hard for action, Memento for mind fruck, and 300 for secksy men pretending to mimic a historical event.

I love Die Hard. Did you know they are coming out with another one? I am excited! I don't care what people say.

I did not. As long as Bruce is in it, I will be watching. That reminds me: Pulp Fiction could be added to my list.

My parents allowed us to watch Die Hard way too young, and it became my brother's favorite movie. He was maybe 5 or 6 at the most. He would go around yelling yippeekiyiyamotherfcker, so my mom had him say mother mother instead of the F word. I didn't realize how terrible that was until much later.

Oh, Moneyball was good. I used the song from that movie that her daughter sings ("The Show") last week to teach my kids about metaphor. Also, we referred to Back To The Future when they didn't know what "hover" meant. I like your list.
