I have been lurking since about week 6 or 7 of my pregnancy and have enjoyed reading posts. We had our A/S today and baby B has an irregular heartbeat. We have to see a specialist in a few weeks. My doctor says not to worry does anyone else have experience with this?

We had our A/S on Monday and Baby B has a "benign arrhythmia". Basically a wonky heartbeat that slows down and picks up at random intervals. My MFM says 95% of cases where the baby is anatomically normal, which ours is, they resolve before the baby is born. We have a follow up in a month for a fetal echo to recheck it but he said he was confident that it would be resolved by then.
Basically when they are this small/young arrhythmia's are pretty common. As long as baby was measuring good weight and has good movement and fluid I wouldn't worry.
Me: PCOS, DH: normal
