So maybe I am an idiot, or just over reacting, but I am freaking out bc I don't know if I am getting it all up in there.  There was still a lot at the tip that hadn't come out.  So I did do my best but worried I didn't get enough in.  Any pointers on what might make it easier? I stood up doing it-maybe lying down would help?  Also when do you do them-morning, night or both?  On the phone I swear the nurse told me every morning.  But in my written instructions it says once in the am and once in the pm.

For me, there was always a little bit left in the tip. I think the directions say that that is o.k..  I always put mine in while sitting on the toilet and really never got any back up again. I would definitely double check your dosage though. Mine was every other morning, but that is because I was on PIO as well. My RE says in the a.m because as you move around all day the medication gets warmer and absorbs better..

I did mine half-standing over the toilet and always had a little left in the applicator. I was told to use it every morning.

Theres some left in the tip of my applicator too. My nurse just said it was ok as long as i shook it down enough so its not stuck in the top too. I do mine about 5am and 5pm sitting on the toilet. Initially they said just once in the am but i was on 100 mg of endometrin 3x daily so maybe they thought i needed it more than once a day.

I usually it 1/2 laying down. I take it every morning when I wake up and at night before bed.

I did it once at bedtime every day. It also helps if you shake the applicator against your hand, almost like you are packing cigerettes,it worked like a charm, and I pretty much got it all in. I usually put one leg up on my bench and put it in. GL
