We placed an order on Cyber Monday on thier website. I immediately received an order confirmation that said same day shipping should apply. The total was $100.26. I have not yet received any kind of shipping info or follow up emails. The thing that makes me go hmm is that our card was charged yesterday for $20.82, but the original order amount was never charged. I tried twice to email the address they gave me for orders and they came back as failure to deliver.
Has anyone ever had any trouble with thier order from this site before or did you order on cyber monday? I see them as a recommended vendor everywhere. When I tried calling yesterday it just kept ringing, no answer at all. I just wonder if this is a fluke or maybe they couldnt fullfill my total order.The email says that they would call if they had any problems with stocking the items.

I've heard nothing but good things, so I would assume that it's a fluke? Have you tried e-mailing them at orders@jilliansdrawers.com?
I e-mailed them, too, and it didn't come back. I wonder what the problem is.
I live in Ithaca and shop in-store a lot. They often don't answer the phone because they are busy on the floor. Everything is pretty much housed in their retail location. We are having a winter fest this weekend on the Commons where they are located they may be extra busy and not able to get to the phones. I've always gotten calls back if I leave a message. Try going to their website and submitting an inquiry straight from there it should go through that way. I love JD but I really think that their in-store experience is much better. They tend to be sold out of stuff online but have it in the retail store.
