Spotting again

I have no idea how to feel anymore. After my huge scare day 1 of beta due to extremely low progesterone, I just can't help but feel like things are not going well. I have my first ultrasound on Monday and it is just under 7 weeks and I really hope it relieves some if my fears. I began spotting again Monday. Some red while using the bathroom only. Lasted about 20 to 30 minutes, but I say that and I mean only when I went to the bathroom, nothing in my underwear. Then it turned brown discharged and stopped. I called my nurse anyway and she said the RE wasn't concerned especially since my bloodwork that morning was fine, 6640 I think it was 18dp5dt and was rising and doubling normally. Just went to the bathroom now and have the red spotting again. Just when I go to the bathroom. I don't think I have cramps but I get so nervous when I see blood that I have butterflies so it is hard to tell how I feel. Plus my
Morning sickness which is more of a nighttime event, well all day but worse at night, that I think I just have an upset stomach. I tell myself I would know if I was cramping. I know some women bleed throughout first trimester or even the whole pregnancy but i also know it is s symptom of miscarriage. Any advice? I am trying to be patient and wait till Monday to know what is going on but I am scared. I think I do not need to worry unless it was heavy but I still plan to call my nurse tomorrow but just hoping to hear some things from you ladies, which helps more than the nurse most if the time!

Can your RE get you in for an u/s tomorrow? I would call first thing in the morning. My good friend IRL had this same issue a few weeks ago  just before her first u/s and they moved it up. She is fine and still pregnant. 

They also might re-test your blood work (they upped her progesterone due to the bleeding).

Thanks. I will call today. I know they won't move it up bc they are so difficult but I will ask. My nurse will think I'm making up the bleeding bc she thinks I want the us earlier. She tried telling me I was wrong when my hpt was positive bc it was too early and still the trigger shot I explained that I tested out the trigger shot, twice. She has been dealing with me over a year and knows I worry too much and thinks the bleeds are due to me stressing too much, so I guess this is my fault?!?!? They are testing progesterone and estrogen again Monday but I am already on 2cc of PIO shots. After my scare, and change in protocal, my progesterone has been fine and the bleeding last night came an hour of two after the shot so it shouldn't be that. I wonder if I will ever be able to go to the bathroom again without examining the toilet paper!

I just want to send some positive vibes your way and share my similar story.

I was/am having a similar situation. On Sunday I had a big scare where I spotted bright red blood but only when I was in the bathroom and it quickly turned to brown spotting. My RE had me come in that morning to do bloodwork and a sono (I was 5wk3d). That's when he saw that we are expecting twins. He explained that this could be implantation bleeding and sometimes women bleed bright red. His explanation was that people often think of implantation as a point in time, but in actuality it is an evolving process so you can experience it (and the bleeding that comes with it) for awhile during your pregnancy as your body adjusts. He also mentioned that bleeding/spotting is somewhat common in twin/multiple pregnancy. My bloodwork came back fine that day and he didn't have me change anything except go on pelvic rest (I am already on 200mg progesterone suppositories 3x/day). 

Yesterday we had our first "real" ultrasound at 6wks. The night before I had another episode of bright red bleeding. At the ultrasound the RE told me it was likely similar to what I experienced Sunday and a continuation of the implantation bleeding. We saw both babies heartbeats! One was slightly smaller/slower, but within normal range for where we are with our pregnancy. I asked him if he wanted me to do bloodwork because of my scare and he said no. At this point everything looked fine to him.

I hope everything works out for you and this story gives you some hope. Although I know it is impossible not to worry because I still do. My RE made a good point when I asked him when I can/will stop worrying - he said never. It's part of being a parent.

Thanks. It does help to hear similar stories. I'm very anxious for Monday. Curious to how many are there even though I think only one with my beta numbers. My nurse said they should be able to see where I'm bleeding from on the ultrasound too. Thanks for sharing!
