Best Place to Meet Santa

A friend in another state mentioned that she's found that the best places to meet Santa are generally not the mall. Any suggestions in the Towson area?

    We did Bass Pro at Arundel Mills.   It was free and there was a small line.

    We usually go to Kenilworth Mall, there is never a line there and the santa is usually pretty good.  And you can see the trains too.
