IF therapists

I'm thinking about making an appointment to meet with the therapist on site at my RE's office. Anyone else seeing a therapist only for IF related issues and finding it helpful? I think my insurance covers it but MH suggested I do it either way....so I must be getting out of control if he thinks so because he is our "financial advisor" and watches every penny, lol

I have and found it extremely helpful.  It was great talking with someone who could help me with the issues that come along with IF.

I went to someone a handful of times between ivf 2 and 3. It helped to get into a good mental state before trying again.  Our insurance covered 90%. Best of luck to you

I have been going to an IF therapist the past few months and found it very helpful in terms of coping etc.  Our insurance doesn't cover it so we are OOP.

It's been a huge help to me.  I started one year ago and try to go once a week.  She has helped with coping strategies, suggestions for dealing with family and work stress, and most importantly, she constantly reinforces that what I'm feeling is normal.  I highly recommend it especially if you can see someone who specializes in IF.
